Accommodation & Service Agreement
Check-in by accepting these terms and digitally signing this document.
The Priualx Premature Baby Foundation will ensure the following during your stay with us and comply with any health and safety legislation as required by UK law.
- Gas safety certificates (CP12)
- Electrical certificates
- Replace broken-down appliances
- Maintain and repair the property where required
- Have relevant insurance cover where necessary
- Supply fully furnished accommodation
- Supply interim and end-of-stay cleaning services
- Pay utility bills during the stay
The Residents that stay in the property for the duration of their stay agree to the following under this agreement.
- Report Maintenance of any damage immediately
- Respect the property and keep it in good condition at all times
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Allow us access to maintain and clean the property
- Be liable for costs if damage is not caused by reasonable wear and tear
