Take out the level of cover you require and become a priority client. No more do you need to ring around trying to find a contractor quickly, we take all the hassle away from you. Whenever you get a maintenance issue at your property you will automatically go to the top of our schedule and we will prioritise your job for a maintenance visit and a contractor to fix your issue promptly and professionally.
We will look after your property with quarterly maintenance inspections, familiarise ourselves with the property, be a point of contact for your tenants and keep an excellent level of communication with the client to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
We act quickly to price any repairs and confirm with the client so that the maintenance and remedial works are fixed in a timely manner.

How we charge
We simply set up a direct debit that takes the monthly fee for your property maintenance cover. We charge one month in advance. Once the first payment has been received you will receive an email confirmation that the cover has commenced. Also contained within the email are the steps on how to report a maintenance issue to us.
Cancellation
Here at Timbafix, we don’t believe in tying people into long contracts. You can leave any time with 30 days notice in writing. Email: accounts@timbafix.com and request your account to be closed. Once we have received your request no further charge for cover will be made because we charge one month in advance.
